1. Status of the Tool
Orhuman is a semantic and stylistic text analysis service. The tool is designed to assist editors, teachers, and authors in assessing the probability of machine generation (LLM) usage.
2. Disclaimer of Absolute Guarantee (False Positives)
Important Warning: No detector in the world provides 100% accuracy. A live human can write "mechanically," and a well-tuned neural network can imitate a lively human style.

- Canceling students' academic papers or degrees.
- Any other legal or financial sanctions.
3. Usage Restrictions
Users are prohibited from:
- Using automated scripts (parsers/scrapers) for mass checking of texts without prior agreement.
- Attempting to decompile the algorithm or carrying out DDoS attacks on the service's infrastructure.
4. "As Is" Availability
The service is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee the uninterrupted operation of the API during peak loads and reserve the right to impose limits on the frequency or volume of texts checked.
